Melissa Perlman1The slowest bank every time I'm here there is only one teller. Please get more tellers. Not everyone wants to deposit thru your atm. My husband did once and the count was completely wrong and took a week to remedy it. Ever since I don't trust it. And clearly others don't either of they wait in line to be taken care of. Just hire more tellers. I can't deal with this anymore. I think I may be better off changing banks completely.

JACKIE N1Terrible customer service. I cannot understand why you would close the drive thru and have 1 person working inside. 12 people deep and 32 minute wait to make a deposit.

j b k1This is second time I went in to cash a check from a family member who has an account with this bank and second time the same tellers finds ways/excuses not to cash the check. First check First they didn’t have the persons signature on file Then the person hasn’t written any check in pass year so they can’t compare it Supervisor not really helpful ether Once we called the account holder told him what was going on and he talked to the bank we were able to cash the check Second check Same teller said has to get supervisor since the person only wrote few checks this month and the checks have to be written more then 30 days to compare. When the supervisor came said yes she remembers me and go ahead and cash it per signature card the teller said the signature does not match. They kept pushing me to open an account saying “you will save money “ I was planning to look into opening one (better to pay $5 a month account fee then $8 to cash each check), but not with this customer service like this. Told them have to come back to open an account have an appointment in 30 minutes and could not do it then, or just open an account online. The supervisor said it would take few days for account to be active if open online because of the time for documents to process.

When most bankers are shying away from customer service, this Bank is going the extra mile to make sure customers problems are solved. Very, very impressed. Eric, thank you for your help yesterday. Robin Higgs1To do away with Teller Assist but leave the signs up so your customers are completely unaware is very bad business. Not all of us work “banker’s hours” do having the convenience of after hours teller Assist was a huge selling point for me. Poorly done :(

K S1This bank is a joke. No matter how many times you call they don’t answer the phone, and then on a busy Saturday they only have ONE person working the counter. There’s a long line inside and at least 10 people waiting outside. It took almost an hour to make a withdrawal. Ridiculous. Time to switch banks.

Bradley Elliott1If you opened a account at the Royal Palm Beach Branch and want to speak with someone there it is almost impossible to do so in a timely manner. Expect to make multiple calls to get someone to answer the phone. I average several calls over a one or two day period to reach anyone there by phone. It will not let you leave a voicemail for a return call. It directs you to make a appointment to come in. If you need to speak with your acct. manger for any reason by phone it is not the branch to go to. Before opening a BOA acct. I would first try to reach your local branch you intend to use a few times first to see if you have the same problem. Not being able to leave a voicemail, is of course horrible customer service.
