  Let me start off by saying I never review anywhere unless I absolutely love it, so with that said, I would like this place a lot more if the older, short dark haired woman wasn’t so rude almost every time I was in there. As soon as I approached her, she huffed and made me wait (if she didn’t have an attitude, I wouldn’t have a problem with this) and just gave me my receipt and didn’t even say anything when I left. I will be calling, but I guess for now I’ll just go 20 minutes out of my way to the Springfield location, since I feel like less of a burden there. All I can say to the worker is that I work in customer service and know that we all have things going on, but please don’t take it out on the customers.

  These conartists keep screwing my girlfriend over. They withheld her CHECK so they could charge her extra fees and acted like she was wrong for complaining. I really hope karma eats these arrogant pos alive.

  Best credit union ever!!!!! I went in to see if i could refinance my car with a lower rate. Got a lower rate also debt consolidation an a personal loan. I would recommend Sun credut union to everyone. Ask for Tiffany shes the mananger. Awesome customer service

  The customer service is awful. The only reason I use it is because my credit union is not local and Suneast services their members. I would not recommend if you don't have to use. Attitudes and no courtesy.

  I would strongly advise against using this credit union. The customer service is extremely poor and from my experience you will often get contradicting information from Sun East because the agents are poorly trained and just don't know what is going on. Stay away!

  Poor Customers Service And Inpatient Staff. They Always Gives Wrong Information. I Was Told That I Can't REDeposit A Money Order That Was Rejected Due To Unclear Image. Confused Workers.

  Because you don't do Sucre credit card you advertise it on your Appetized Dumb online But your bank does not do

  Social distancing is in effect is very clean and staff is very polite and you get in and get out I love it
