Bob Stamps1So far, I have dealt with TBK Bank for only three weeks. During that time, I have made three telephone calls and sent three emails requesting assistance and making inquires about a CD that I have tried to open. So far, no telephone calls have been returned and no emails have been answered. The funding for my CD has been withdrawn from my checking account. This bank is not a user friendly bank and their lack of action is a challenge to their credibility. I cannot recommend anyone investing with this bank.

ROLLING RASPBERRY2Worst banking experience ever in my life. Guy Schaefer promised to fund equipment today and this bank stand us up last minute. We will never ever again consider using them for any financial needs. They don't care about their customers at ALL. They made us loose so much time and effort, very unpleasant experience. Only two nice persons we delt with over there are Branislava and Ana, that's why we will give two star review. Other than that, horrible experience, they don't care about business customers at all.

Jamie Rolen1BEWARE!!! DOUBLES FEES WITHOUT NOTICE!!! I have never been so sorry as the day TBK took over our bank. I had been banking at the same location for 17 years and NEVER had an overdraft or any extra fees. They had treated several of my family members poorly so I was in the process of changing banks. I didn't realize the date of an automatic payment and I didn't have enough money in my account. My bad. I should have known..I received notice in the mail, went down next day to take care of it and they DOUBLED the fee because it had been too many days! I explained that I had just received the notice but that didn't matter...you know these things come from Texas or some other state we cant help you. NEVER AGAIN will I have a bank that isn't reasonable when errors occur.

Brian Reuber2I have $200 mysteriously disappearing from my checking account every couple of months that can't be found or accounted for and now has reached a loss of over $1000.00 that the bank can't explain to me!!! Either find where my money is disappearing too and replace it or I am finding a new bank for my money and business!!!

w e1Stay away from this bank and its predatory practices - very anti-depositor and I hope they will soon be in trouble with Federal regulators - it's atrocious. Their answer to me was to call them at their Dallas location - they don't answer the phone listed in the reply below. Maybe they'll pay attention when my lawyers in Dallas call them.

A B1Stay away from this bank! Dealing with them has been the biggest aggravation and time waster. The 3% CD rate has not been worth the trouble I've had to go through. I honestly don't know how they can stay in business.
