  Taxes and More and Johan prepared my taxes for second year and he is amazing as a person and as a profesional. His knowledge and understanding of the tax matters are amazing. Organized, detail oriented. I love do my taxes with his company and him because I feel he is addressing my needs as customer.   Johan Gamboa has been doing my taxes for the past few years and I couldn’t recommend him enough! He always goes above and beyond explaining the process to me, makes me aware of any potential laws that will affect my return and does them quickly. Tax time is never a drag anymore thanks to Taxes & More! Thank you guys!!

  Unfortunately after having my taxes prepared for many years at this place, this year I experienced terrible costumer service!!! It took almost 2 months to get my taxes file. Very unprofessional

  To do taxes for your business you must look for a place with experience and maturity. But this place lacks these 2 important things, I was doing my company taxes in this place for 2 years and they made quite a few mistakes during the process that I was there. JOHAN GAMBOA you are very unprofessional and you lack humility, for 2 years you did my taxes you never asked for an apology for the mistakes you made that were enough !!! (write checks with wrong #route, collect when you should not collect payroll, have a higher unemployment bracket, do not add my children when making taxes, do not calculate amounts correctly. not know that you had done my taxes wrong, no knowing that my wife's ITIN was expired etc. you are supposed to be the professional and you know about these things ... and it will stop there !! The IRS will charge me instead of reimbursing me, I had to pay 2 more accountants and wait for a letter to arrive to fix my problem and now wait one more month to get my refund reimbursed !! I have a business and when I make a mistake I apologize and try to fix the mistake with my client which johan gamboa never did with me and my wife! aside from arrogant and rude I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TAX OFFICE !!!!
