  Set up an appointment for noon on a lunch break a week ago to adjust some things with my account. When I walked in, I was told to sit down and wait for the lady for help. I noticed she was already with another client in the room. After about 5 minutes into what should have been my appointment time, she came out and said she would be at LEAST 30 minutes behind. Started blaming COVID for her delay. If she knew that she would be late with my appointment, why not a courtesy call? Or even better yet, maybe don't let people schedule appointments if you honor random walk-ins more, even if you know they're going to run you over the appointment time. I ended up leaving, because apparently my time and efforts to come here were not important. This branch is a waste of my time. Perhaps my dad is right, maybe I'll join Chase Bank after all...

  Great branch! Staff is extremely helpful and willing to go an extra mile. Very cozy atmosphere. Branch manager Olga Johnson is wonderful- very knowledgeable and a great person!

  Went in last weekwaited 10 minutes to get to the teller to here I have to go the other teller will take care of You! Also only Fifth Third that asked for I D

  Not friendly staff, when you enter the bank you feel tension. They don't have clients in the bank, they don't help you when you have a problem.

  They are good customer service and they are very friendly and the manager his name nader kawash he is very good guy and he helped me too much

  They need to put an ATM inside their bank!!!, I live around this bank and sometimes when i go for a walk i also do some errands, and there is times where i need to take out some money but there isn't any ATM INSIDE!!! Instead i have to go outside threw the drive up one risking the cars that pass by!!!

  This is the slowest bank I have ever dealt with. Doesn't matter of it's the drive thru or inside. Then the teller comes to the window with a cup of coffee in her hand? !

  That branch has terrible waiting time on the drive thru, last time was at least 20 minutes, cashier was taking care of customers inside the bank first.

  Went by on Wednesday 2/4/2015 and talked with Katie and she was extremely helpful and everyone was very friendly. Thank you!
