  Very unprofessional! I needed my 2019 tax information and they refuse to give me my information. Well, the correct information. I’ve been going to them the last six years. They have lost a custom for sure. If you can go somewhere else. Please do! I would not recommend. I’ve also gave them my direct deposit information and they basically put it into their business account. Don’t go here!!

  Tax 1 has an excellent Staff that has many years in experience doing Tax returns. You get for there service a one on one understanding of items that you can claim and not claim due the changes in the tax system. Who come in thinking you may owe the IRS ; but come out the door with a smile and a big fat check. I highly recommend Tax 1 as the tax service to have your tax’s done. Thanks , Tax 1.

  Outstanding customer service and very helpful personnel. I've been filing with them for years since I was 18 yrs old. They get you the Max no scams no fraud ‼️‼️‼️ I absolutely love the staff.

  Why do people still come to this place to do their taxes? Lucky for those that has gotten away of getting audit. but for others, they are getting audit every year because of them. And when you ask them for assistance for an audit, they straight up tell you, they have nothing to do with it.

  I have been going here for several years. Everyone is always super friendly and I get the max refund. I wouldn't trust my tax needs to anyone else.
