  I had my taxes filed here and they were completely wrong. I called and my husband called over 5 times to speak with someone and no one would return our calls. Now the IRS is coming after me for over 2k. I have to make an appointment to sit down with the IRS to fix this company's screw up!! Extremely disappointed and very mad!

  I had my taxes done here for the first time this year. It was quick and easy. The staff here is very friendly and family oriented. Any question I had they were able to answer I highly recommend going to them for your taxes!!!!!

  These people had wonderful tax service when it came to filling for a tax refund, but they got my info for direct deposit only to send my taxes straight to them without my knowledge. Little did I know they had my Federal tax check at the office for 2 weeks before I called them asking about when it was suppose to be deposited in my account , They also gave me the nastiest of attitudes when I would call in asking about my state taxes. In Conclusion i honestly do not recommend their services.

  From the time you walk in until the time you leave you will feel welcome. I have been dealing with supreme fast tax service for the last 7yrs.... nothing has ever went wrong with any of the many services that I have used! I love my professional tax preparer family!

  I've been a loyal customer for 5 years! For my 2018 return I had Cleveland file an extension for me. I was under the impression everything was taken care of but then I received a $700 penalty from the IRS stating that an extension was never filed. Reached out to Cleveland numerous times and didn't get a response from him until email #4. He says that he filed an extension but can't provide me with any proof! Extremely disappointed and sadly wouldn't recommend him to anyone after this. He provided zero help in trying to clear this up
