  Overall the class was good. Less time should be spent on detailing the QM options ( since most are familiar with that type of loan) and more time should be spent on the alternative loan options. The loans discussed at the end were brushed over and would liked to have heard about these in more detail. It seemed like a lot of content was rushed through at the end.

  Mark is very knowledgeable and committed to helping buyers find a solution so they can own a home. He is a great resource for realtors, since he can help many buyers who might not traditional qualify for a mortgage.

  Thank you so much. I honestly thought I knew a lot but this class was in depth especially how missing Mortgage payments affect credit and charge offs. It was simple one of the best classes I have had about credit.
