  Tanner made my mortgage experience SO easy. He and his team were quick to respond to any question and made sure I understood everything I was signing and what everything meant. He was even able to help explain what my buyer's lender was doing - when they weren't being clear to their own customer. He saved me so much stress, with his competence and ability to explain things clearly. Cannot recommend him enough!

  If you are in the market for a mortgage loan, Tanner is the guy! As a first time home buyer, entering the housing market can be scary. Tanner walked us through each step and took the time to listen to our questions as well as educate us on the various options we had. He is thorough and goes the extra mile to ensure his clients are taken care of. 10/10 would recommend!
