  Ryan made the entire transaction smooth from start to finish. I’ve never been able to close so quickly in my life. We made contact with Ryan and got pre-approval within 24 hours, found the perfect house and went from offer to closing in just two weeks…. Who does that? Ryan does, apparently. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to jump into the real estate market!

  Fairway Mortgage is a very easy place to get a loan processed! The online system is smooth and if you get in a bind, Ryan can explain how to make it work! Our loan went through without a hitch, was ready by closing. Ryan is great to talk to and explains the loan options so they are understood. He is good at picking the best loan for the situation and getting a great rate. Highly recommend!

  We have worked with Ryan 5 times, 3 purchases and 2 refinances. Ryan is the best. Makes the process simple and always gives us options to choose from. There has never been any pressure working with Ryan. Very patient, responsive and makes sure the process moves with ease. We will not work with anyone else but Ryan.

  Ryan & his team was easy to work with & made the whole process really smooth & effortless. I loved being able to download/upload all my documents from mobile devices or online.
