  We went in to get financed and recieved some of the most amazing service from Miss Holley and Karsandra(supported by Jordan). They were warm and welcoming and were able to get us into the car we wanted that day with a great interest rate! Go see them, they are Amazing!

  ok so I have to get this off my chest, as a long time member I had yet another bad experience today. First off, every time I come into this place it seems like the man is the only employee who is willing to engage customers. Its very annoying that 3-4 people try and act busy while waiting for this guy to seemingly help every person that walks in. Furthermore, the woman sandra or whatever is completely rude and disrespectful constantly. I dont know why the managers dont say anything but to be frank shes very ghetto in the way she talks to people. Between the general laziness, rude people talking down to the customers, and just general people spaced out I cant say Id recommend this place, and I hope that this reaches management

  Everytime I come in there they give me a hard time...Natalie is very rude and unhappy! Karassdra is rude as well! Jordan is very nice and helpful...the other old lady with the afro is nice too! I asked to speak to the boss, Natalie says it’s only one Tandem Credit Union...in which I didn’t ask that, she’s very rude and lazy! Will be doing business with Credit Union One for now on.....

  This credit union cares about there members. Always willing to help. It has been my credit union for many years. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I have had no problems.

  Everyone is nice and knows your name Jordan and all the ladies are very helpful and pleasant and I financed a car through them with low intrest rates

  Not to many problems. Most of them do talk crazy to you except the guy and this other lady far left. But its involving somebody's money so. 😒
