  Our AC died just before the 4th of July and they were able to come and replace our malfunctioning 16 year old unit with a new one. They confirmed the pressure of the existing coils and put in the new unit today. Very happy with the results and communication along the way.

  I called at 8 a.m. regarding a clogged main sewer and Jaime arrived within an hour. The problem was resolved and the basement cleaned where the work was performed. I would highly recommend CMC to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC work.

  I purchased a home in December 2019 and did an extensive renovation which included a gut to the studs in the kitchen and complete reworking of the layout. There was a lot going on with changing the layout as well as timing the different stages of the project as I was doing a built-in cooktop rather than a slide-in range. CMC was extremely responsive to my initial request on Thumbtack and from there on out the experience was second to none. Along with the kitchen plumbing prep and reconfiguration of the gas lines they corrected several hazards and out of code gas line setups with the dryer and we re-worked the laundry room layout by putting in new washer hookups, and relocation of laundry tub. I was able to text with them when I was buying various little fittings like when I was connecting the water line (that they installed) to my fridge to ensure I got it right. The quality of materials and the worksmanship was gray and I'll be sure to call them for all my future heating cooling and plumbing needs.

  I have worked with CMC for a couple years and they have been great! They have been friendly, fair and responsive. I enjoy working with Tammy who helps triage and troubleshoot and then schedule appointments and billing. All the service technicians are good and pretty helpful. They repaired a part on my furnace this winter and oddly just a couple days later the part failed. CMC honored their word and came as soon as they could and replaced the part as they said they would and fixed it furnace. I haven't had a problem. It was a fluke.. but and could happen to anyone, but they handled the situation professionally and in a timely fashion. I have referred my friends and family to them!

  This company came to my parents house to unclog their sewer line because the basement would flood when someone used the toilet. After this company came and supposedly fixed the problem. My parents had the same issue within a week. My mom called and the secretary said there is no warranty on the work done. She also said if they were to come again they would have to pay another 145.00. Currently, it’s 10/11/2020 and they are having the same issue with tree roots clogging the sewer line. If this company is so good why do they keep having this issue? Clearly they did not do their job effectively. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company. My parents called Rotor Rooter they will be here tomorrow to get the job done correctly. Overall, they are a poorly ran company and don’t back up their work. I would strongly not recommend.

  Linda, we are so sorry to see that we did not meet you and your parents expectations. When our customers call stating they have a clogged drain, we start with the most common repair method: snaking the affected drain line and a vast majority of the time this fixes the issue. Sometimes there are larger underlying problems: previous repairs that were installed poorly to broken pipes with root penetration. This is why its nearly impossible for most reputable plumbing companies to warranty drain clogs. If a technician snakes a drain and it has issues, further diagnostics are needed to get to the root of the problem or the problem will continue to resurface which could be as soon as a day, week or year. There is no way a plumbing company can continue to go out and clear drains free of charge if there are underlying drain issues. Another big reason drain clogs are impossible to warranty is that once the technician leaves the house, there is no way to know what is flushed down the drains. Most companies that offer warranties for drain clogs have stipulations that almost always void the warranty. It is usually when the technician pulls foreign objects(wet wipes, paper towel, etc.) or roots. Also, if there is a belly in the line then the warranty is voided. That’s why most reputable plumbing companies will be upfront and tell their customers there is no warranty on drain clogs. We wish you the best of luck with Roto Rooter.

  This is my go to company. I have hired them several times now and have not been disappointed. They are polite, fair, honest and hard working. The latest project they did for me is a furnace, a/c and water heater tank that needed replaced among other plumbing projects previous to this project. Dan will not sell you equipment that you don’t need or sell you equipment and/or parts just to gain a bigger profit. He is very knowledgeable and will explain the why’s and what for’s and will give you a fair and reasonable price. Thank you CMC you are the best!

  Best. Service. Ever. Loved working with Justin, Jamie & Dan. We had quite a bit of work done for our sump system and pipes. Very efficient and educated us on our plumbing. Wow! Friendly & professional. Love this company and I recommend them for ANY plumbing needs.

  Supervisor came out and did tell me what the issue was with the plumbing. He said he would text me with the estimate and to reschedule. After several phone calls he never returned my calls, never sent me the estimate and never rescheduled. I was told he was busy

  Hello Yvonne, We apologize, there appears to be some confusion. We understand you never received your estimate, and we did not send it based off what you had told our technician. You wanted us to identify and explain how to fix the the issue and then have someone else perform the repair. This is not a sustainable way to operate our business. Our technician discussed and explained what the issue was and offered you the option to schedule the repair with our office. When we hear that you are planning on having someone else perform the repair, we cannot waste our time when it is better spent helping others who need our help. We hope this clears up the confusion!
