  Tana is amazing. She is thoughtful and kind and you truly feel like you matter working with her! She is very professional and knowledgeable. I used Tana and then ended up needing to switch lenders for a new build town home I ended up purchasing, and Tana was beyond supportive and understanding, and still helped me through the rest of the process as a friend and resource.   Tana made our first time home buying experience simple and as stress free as possible. She was the only lender we spoke to who sat down with us to explain the home buying process before asking to run our credit. She communicated with us well through the whole process making sure we always understood where we were and what was needed for our loan.   I got Tana's number from our realtor (Mike with the Mullenberg Team, a great person to work with as well!), and am so happy I was able to work with her! I called her shortly after another agent at a different office had overwhelmed me (first time home buyer). I was so happy Tana listened when I told her I was overwhelmed, and she broke everything down to a level that I was able to understand. She was on call for us no matter the day. My husband and I work 8-5's during the week, so we really only had time to look at houses after hours or on the weekend. At one point she was driving home from a camping trip in the mountains, and she was still able to get us some pricing forms before we had to view a house and decide if we wanted to make an offer. I will make sure to recommend her to any home buyer that is looking for advice! I'm so impressed with her kindness and passion for getting the best deal for the buyer!
