  Was told that they couldn't approve my hisband and me because of a bankruptcy. Was told it had to be dischargered. It was dischargered and it showed on my credit reports and I had the papers. They still refused . Oh well, went went with another lender and got approved instantly.

  My experience this morning with Leslie was absolutely phenomenal she was very informative and very polite and very easy to work with and she made this a very easy process of making a payment and helped explain everything I needed to know in very easy and understandable terms five stars for West Creek financial and five stars for Leslie
