  Arnaldo Rivera is the absolute BEST banker! I decided to go into the branch and inquire on my refi application initially started online and had the pleasure of working with Rivera. He was soooo kind and knowledgable explaining all of my options but the best part is, he moved the process along so quickly allowing the refi's to go through within days. His communication and response time is unmatched and my overall banking customer service experience was top notch. He comes highly recommended and I will continue to work specifically with him where able.

  🌟🌟🌟Arnaldo Rivera and Sarah Sultan are both great employees at this location! They truly go above and beyond! I feel that they truly care about their customers! They both have been easy to get ahold of to answer questions, it’s like having a banker in the family! 👍👍👍I’m in the process of buying my second car through TBFCU and during both transactions and even when dealing with the total loss of my first car everyone at TBFCU has been so helpful!

  A credit union right of the Interstate that has an easy entrance with little wait time. It's even open nights and weekends after hours for using the ATM with a separate door that locks behind you automatically to keep safe, but opens easily to exit. Personable, friendly, efficient employees.

  Is this a scam? Received a call from south Asia asking me to read back EVERY line of my application for the checking account I successfully applied for online. Or are you just stealing twenty minutes out of my day for kicks?
