  Came to the location in Brandon to look for 24in or smaller TV for my 2yo. They did t have anything that size so they offered to call the other location up the road in Seffner. Thankfully they had what I needed. Got a 24in Element TV for $40 and I opted for the 5 month warranty for like $5. TV did not come with a remote but they had universal remotes starting at $5. Angela helped me at the Brandon store and told me to go in and talk to the Asst. manager Nikki and another lady helped me check out (name starts with an I)

  Oh my goodness I have been to many pawn shops, but this one is Amazing the items are better in quality. The staff is great (Lucia) they really treat u like family.😘🎈🎊

  Everytime I visit the store in seffner I'm allways greated with such kindness from Ms Niki and her manger and staff and I have been seeing some great changes their that seems to be making a difference for the community .do great work guys keep up the good work.

  Absolutely worst customer service & disrespectful management, let alone the owner's lack of compassion for the $$$ I've invested and business I referred their . . "La Familia" I'm absolutely livid!! Still can't believe how I was treated!!

  Saw an equalizer on Facebook marketplace and contacted Yisel C. Diaz. Agreed on price and told her that I live an hour away and would be there next day and asked if she can hold. She agreed. I contacted her next day and told her I would be there around 3:00. Arrived early, around 2:20 to be told she sold it. I asked her why she would do that if she agreed to hold it. She lied and said she never said that. I showed the conversation to an employee there who confirmed that she did agree to hold it. Bad business ethics and not trustworthy!
