  Exceptional service!! Believe we could not have found a better realtor - Tammy was such a great fit for us! Very good listening skills and great probing questions helped get my husband & I on the same page and ensured that she found our home meeting BOTH of our differing needs. Surely other clients existed, but we felt like we received individualized attention and continuous communication, esp. helpful by text as we both work long hours. Tammy never once balked at any of my 1,000 questions on every detail. I was regularly searching online but the home we purchased was found completely by Tammy. We would have missed our home on our own! Negotiations were handled expertly and respectfully, but really done to support our specific goals and concerns. We felt fully supported and backed by real experience which gave us a lot of confidence in the process. Bonus is Tammy's amazing personality - down to earth, great listener, friendly & positive throughout; we were so lucky to find her!!! Then we had Tammy sell our house in a completely different neighbor. She was great - did her research, pre-toured our house for pointers on getting it tip-top show ready, gold-star fabulous photographer on pretty short notice so we could be set for a quick open house. Her listing of our home was so perfect that we had buyer's realtors call for a showing the same day as listed! Offer the NEXT DAY!! Due to the market & our travel schedule Tammy still had extra work but helped at every turn - even finding the buyers an list of appraiser to choose from when their bank couldn't, opening our house for walk-through while we were traveling (we never expected to sell so fast!), and holding our hand through a tumultuous HOA battle. We couldn't have asked for more. We recommend Tammy James to everyone & if we weren't now in our forever home she found for us we would absolutely use her again ☺

  My husband and I are beyond grateful for all the help that Tammy gave us during the buying process. We experienced an usual delay with our lender because of COVID reasons, yet that did not stop Tammy from going above and beyond to making the closing of our house happen! We always had quick replies from her and whatever questions we had, Tammy was always quick to answer even if it was after hours sometimes. Tammy always made us feel like she had our best interest in everything that she did. She was very professional, honest and if could give her 5+ stars, I would!!

  As a young, single female, first time home buyer in Kingwood I had no idea where to start but Tammy did a wonderful job of walking me through the whole process. She kept me informed of new houses on the market in my budget and we looked around until I found the one! Then she helped me make an offer and get through the closing process. I was so happy to have someone who was looking out for me and took the time to check on me after I moved in. Great Job Tammy Thank You!

  Tammy is amazing! She cares about you and your property and your needs! She’s more helpful than any realtor I’ve ever worked with! She sold my home quickly and professionally, with so little hassle for me! It was an unusual circumstance, and it took a lot of extra work on her part! She never backed down from the challenge!

  Excellent home buying experience with Tammy James. I had to close by a certain date and had a short time in which to find a home. The first home I looked at was the perfect fit for me. It was exactly what I wanted! Closing happened within a month and was extremely effortless. You will not be disappointed! Tammy James is excellent!
