  I can't speak for anyone at TAM lending besides Cory Redington. He was the absolute BEST broker we could have asked for. He was patient, kind, educated, funny, and made us feel 100% comfortable. He took our after hours texts, weekend phone calls, and millions of questions. He broke down different scenarios for us and how it would/could affect us. The entire buying process was the most stressful I've ever done. The entire deal almost blew up numerous times but Cory stayed consistent. He was the ONLY consistent person throughout our entire process actually. He truly cares about his clients and takes his job seriously. If you are using TAM, you have to work with Cory. You won't be disappointed!!

  Janet Madric-Wilkinson was excellent. She worked hard for us. She never gave up on us and walked us through the whole process. She was patient and educated us very well. When we would text or call she was very responsive.

  TAM Lending Center what is the most wonderful company to work with for our mortgage. They were extremely responsive to every email and phone call and got us to the settlement table on time with no problems. The mortgage process was Stress free. Thank you today’s American mortgage

  Only reason why I am giving this company 1 star is because it had no option for no stars. The underwriter was terrible very unprofessional also sent me someone else’s information by mistake. I ended up canceling my application for a refinance/cash out. When contacted owner carol to report this she apologized but it was more of a nonchalant what do you want me to do attitude. What the so called owner of this company has stated is untrue and truly unprofessional I have never ask that question to the underwriter and I have proof of every email and conversation I have ever had with this underwriter as well as the breach of confidentiality that was sent to me. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau

You were working with our loan originator Janet that was trying to help in every way possible. When you asked if we can help people with credit scores less the 580, Janet stated we do not and you got angry because we do not offer that product. I am sorry that you feel this way. We help over 6000 families per year with financing their dreams of home ownership. TAM Lending Center takes great pride in helping these clients and 99.8% of them appreciate our help.

  Just finished my refinance with Tam Lending. Everything went fast and exactly as Wayne Franks had laid out. I was referred to Wayne from my cousin who purchased his house and had Wayne help them after another lender said it could not be done. Thanks Tam and thanks Wayne, great job! I will tell my friends to use you, no problem.

  Carol and Phil were phenomenal. If I had a question about something, Phil was right there to help me out. If something was missed or needed, Carol was calling me right up and getting everything she needed. It was a very easy home buying experience. I highly recommend going through TAM Lending.

Brian & Arlene are extremely professional, and provided excellent service with each step of the loan process. They are very detailed oriented, and go the extra mile to make sure you hear those magical words “clear to close.” I was able to close on time without any delays.
