  Where do I start. From Sydney, Arlene and team thank you! It was always a pleasure talking to Sydney in the beginning stage. Once our offer was accepted we sat in the driver seat with Arlene. Arlene, kept our documents tight. She was very thorough in our home process. When my family and I thought owning a home would be difficult with student loans, and our employment profile etc, she ensured us it was ok. My nerves and anxiety was like a roller coaster as buying a home is a major decision and one of the biggest invest in our lives. Arlenes' favorite quote was "shakiera,don't worry I'll get you there we are almost there",. I would say, "Arlene this is stressful". But each time she told me we would get there. Thank you team! To my realtor Eric, who was referred to me by Sydney awesome you kept my head straight and afloat!

  5 star service! We had the pleasure of working with Brian Perry and Arlene Soto of preferred lenders. Both helped us understand the market even as it changed in real time during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and ensured we got a great rate. I work 12hr overnight as a nurse and Mr. Perry did an amazing job accommodating my many questions and concerns despite my crazy schedule. We are thankful for his amazing networking, which allowed us to meet and work with a highly skilled realtor. Even as we sat down to close on our new home they made sure the transition went smoothly. Our family is extremely grateful for their hard work and attention to detail which allowed us to find our beautiful home.
