  TC was excellent to work with. I have never worked with a mortgage broker that was more detailed, informative, and detail oriented. He explained every step of the process. He always answered every question I had. He even ran the numbers for each house I went to look view. I knew what the estimated payment would be before I ever stepped foot in the property. I highly recommend him for your financing needs!!

  TC Strait was wonderful to work with to purchase our new home. Anytime we had questions, he was available to problem solve and help us figure out the answer. He helped us get an amazing interest rate in a wild market. He made everything easy and straight forward. I highly recommend if you're looking for a loan officer.

  My case was probably one of the most difficult that this amazing man has had and He was able to get everything done amazingly well. Each time we thought we were done, something else kept popping up on us but with patience and perseverance and an FANTASTIC lender like TC he was able to get everything approved and we will now be in our dream home before Thanksgiving what better way to give thanks. ❤ Thank you TC for being an outstanding human being and a tremendous lender. Couldn't have done it without you!!

  I don't normally write reviews, but if you're looking for THE BEST Mortgage Broker in Ohio, look no further. I've dealt with many brokers and TC is by far THE BEST broker I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I could go on and on about all of the things he did to help work out a complicated situation, but I think it would be better if I recommend that you just call him! You'll be very happy that you did!

  TC did a great job with our home loan. He was very easy to talk to, and knew the process inside and out. When I had hard questions, he had an accurate and straightforward answer. He was completely on top of the process, and helped us close on time with no snags at all.

  This was my 4th time using T.C. Strait for my mortgage and refinance loans. T.C. goes well above and beyond for his clients and knows his job so well! I have referred him to many friends and family who have also been very happy with their experience.   T.C. and Lynx Financial were fantastic to work with on our transactions. T.C. kept me posted regularly and even made himself available after regular business hours to ensure we kept things moving. He is a professional that smoothly and calmly handled a few issues that arose near our closing date. I would absolutely work with T.C. again on another purchase or refinance.

  Let me just start by saying that at closing, The closing officer took one look at my interest rate and said that’s the best interest rate he has seen lately. Prior to that, when I went to wire the money from Huntington Bank the officer there asked me what rate I got and I told him 2.5% he said, that was a 15 year fixed loan right? Nope that was a 30 year fixed. He then said... wow! The best I can offer is 3.25% right now. At closing both realtors wanted TC’s information to pass on to other clients they are working with because they are so Impressed by him. He has an infinity for working with numbers, a high attention to detail and a great skill set for communicating quickly and effectively to all parties in the transaction including realtors. TC even showed up to my closing! I have never had one do that. He cares that much! Like any industry you have 75% that don’t care about the customer because they aren’t commission driven. You then have another 15% that care and good at their jobs. Most consider themselves lucky if you get to work with one of those. Then you have the top 10% that not only care about you, but everyone in the process and fight for you. TC went to bat with the lender to get me the best deal possible and also had all the paperwork needed for anything they could possibly challenge so we didn’t have to delay time in getting the loan approved. This is my 3rd house and 3rd lender broker and I would never go with anyone else! Do yourself a favor and give TC a call if you need a loan. You won’t be sorry!
