  Not first responder friendly. I came in like I usually do to get a bankers check for rent. Was turned around even though I had my ems jacket and hat on. Was told to go to Walmart or Publix and that would best fit me. It’s people like that who when they need me I come running. I guess because I have red hair and piercings I’m judged but I know I make more than a lot of them in there especially due that I travel for work in Atlanta doing Atl 911 and I also work at one of the top trauma hospitals in the nation. Along with that I was also thinking about opening an account due to USAA not having a physical location here. Unfortunately I will tell all my first responder buddies that this brand is not friendly to us.

  I love this branch because everyone is always nice and friendly. Plus they take care of your problems in a timely manner.

  I had someone stole my card twice and then they wanted to charge me an extra 10 dollars to get a new one. They wouldn't just give me the money out of my account when even though it is my money. I have never heard of this before. I will definitely be changing banks today. This is freaking ridiculous. Synovus is so damn screwed up

  The staff are friendly and easy to work with, but had some run ins with one of the managers. Corporate however corrected the situation after writing them a letter and I respect that highly.

  This is the bank I always go to, I love the staffs ability to get me in and out quickly.
