  I do not bank at Synovus. I have customers that bank at Synovus and I sometimes have to go there to have their checks cashed. On each visit I have found them to be slow, inefficient, and unfriendly. The appear to be everything that everyone dislikes about ‘big banks’. If you can avoid the experience, I’d suggest that you do.

  Came to this synovus to do this deposit. The workers name is Paul and he was a great guy. Give him a raise.

  I hate giving a 2 star review, since the gentleman who used to work the drive thru is such a nice person. He occasionally works the drive thru now and I am relieved to see him, as this new (to me) employee has since taken over. I frequent the branch each week and it has been about a month with the new person taking care of my transactions. This woman does not wear a name tag, never greets me, barely holds the drawer open for me to give my deposit and for me to retrieve my deposit, and never says goodbye. The drive thru service used to be fantastic, but it has gone downhill. A simple greeting and goodbye goes a long way.

  Extraordinary service! Definitely recommend this bank branch. I am not a regular customer, but I used this branch to send money abroad using Western Union. When I had to change the destination of my transfer, Western Union made it very difficult, but the staff in this branch stopped at nothing to sort out all of the problems and make sure my transfer got where it needed to go, even continuing to work on it after I had to leave the branch to return to work - the teller ensured that the transfer eventually went through correctly and emailed me my confirmation details.

  B******* hours they were open and when you need them they are not there
