  worst customer service. and most incompetent „relationship managers“ we ever encountered. no communication between colleagues and different opinions. „we have to send this off to corporate“ „it’s not me... they tell us to do this...“ i am writing this since i have been to this branch so many times and every time it is something different to hold up. good luck if you are and elderly person! why they still need a branch is beyond me. it’s same as taking to a customer service agent in India... NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!

  FCB is no better than Wells Fargo or other big banks in the area. For one, they love manipulating the system to charge you overdraft fees. Suddenly my mobile deposit rejects a deposit for the first time in four months and the next day I get charged an overdraft fee. When I presented the same check to the teller, she tried to say there must have been a mark on it that disappeared. And the reason FCB provided was "incorrect endorsement". Really? The customer service is below average and quite inefficient. On the day of my account opening I could not set up my online account in the branch due to errors the branch manager did not understand. Then I had to spend a solid hour calling back and forth with different departments to be able to log onto online & mobile banking the next morning. I have been repeatedly disappointed by the services I have received, and I only opened my account in March.

  AWESOME staff / customer service - everyone from teller line to account reps to manager. Never had a bad experience there, and I do business at least once a week on site. Great location too with lots of parking.
