  Great branch! These girls kept my business with Synovus after a not so good experience with another branch. April and Sonya always take excellent care of me. I can be needy at times and they always take care of me! They seem genuinely interested in me as a person and not just an account. Keep up the great work ladies.

  This branch has the most down to earth, friendly people on staff. April and Sonia always have my change orders ready, help me get in and out quickly, and they also add a personal touch whether it's talking about kids, home life or school- they are just very friendly and sweet ladies! Synovus is very lucky to have employees that not only understand customer service but are great at it!

  The bank to be! The ladies here are amazing and our family loves coming to see them! They definitely greet you as you come in with a smile and create a positive environment that makes you feel welcomed. All around great service, professional, respectful, and quick with transactions when you are in a bit of a rush.

  I do Business and Checking with this bank. GREAT STAFF, I know im one of the difficult customers they deal with on a regular basis. The atm is very updated. I love the way it lets you pick your bills. April is fantastic and so is Ms. Sonya. Ms. Taylor is very welcoming and can get you set up with your banking needs. I love the new branch manager. His heart is always with helping people. This isnt a branch, its a family. Its the kind of people you trust with your money. They are very caring and try to assist in any way they can. I love my bank

  It is amazing, how anyone could ever leave a bad review at this particular Smyrna branch. It starts with the Tellers when they greet you. The Managers go out of their way to make you feel like part of the Family. Walking into Synovus bank in Smyrna, is like walking back in time with all the modern conveniences. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Calling you by name, asking about the family. In reading the bad review, knowing a little about banking and ATM cards. When the machine eats your card, most generally it's the card owners fault, Low or no balance or stolen/cancelled card. Why would anyone blame the Teller, for something she has no control. Everyone, Well, almost everyone knows, when the machine eats your card, you are not getting it back unless you speak to the issuing bank. Forrest Gump said it best,"Stupid is, Stupid Does"

  I absolutely love this branch! I’m always taken care of when I call or come in. Mar-Lee ALWAYS takes great care of me. Whatever you could possibly need, she’s your girl. I will definitely keep banking here. When you open your account make sure you see Mar-Lee Taylor!

  Attentive and friendly staff, Kaye exceeded my expectations. I feel like I have a financial institution that understands how I think now. The Bank has no fees, save a $39 overdraft fee, if you choose to use the service and have a low balance. I hope this review helps you make an informed decision.

  Amazing customer service. My ATM card wasn’t returned after use, the lady inside was extremely nice and helpful. Even though I’m not a customer, she helped me get things figured out. 10/10 would recommend.

  Great bank, I’ve used several in the Smyrna area and this bank is by far my favorite. The ladies are very helpful and go out of their way to make your day better. It really has the old town feel where they know ur name when u walk in. The new app features are superb and and they have free popcorn on Friday! Go check em out if ur looking for a new or second bank.
