Kristin Waldron2I have just recently started using the branch off Sam Ridley because it is closer to my job. I mostly use the ATM to deposit or withdraw any money but one day I had to use the teller. The first lady that was helping was very nice and greeted me with a smile. Unfortunately, what I needed done she was not able to complete so she asked her co-worker to help. I did not get the same friendly vibe from the new lady, she was abrasive and seemed irritated with my questions. I also have my mortgage through 5th/3rd which for the most part I LOVE but I also hardly deal with anyone either. I did recently have some questions about my mortgage so I called the branch closest to me (just in case I needed to go in) but sadly I would leave numerous of messages for someone to call me back about my mortgage and nothing.... I finally called once again and demanded to speak with someone but they still did not transfer me to the person I needed but instead just told me they could not help. This branch seriously needs to work on their customer service skill and also their follow up skill. Very disappointed with my iterations with this branch.

M C (A)1They will lie to you about their services (the manager Daniel) and hold your money so it's not available, and say they can't do anything about it. There are a million other better banks, go somewhere else. I will be closing my account there asap

Cam Smith1The service here is horrible. I'm writing this review in my car, whilst waiting for my very simple payment to be applied. I've been waiting for this transaction to happen for 15 minutes. The teller wasn't friendly, and wouldn't help me with some very basic subtraction. Then she turned around to assist someone standing inside at the counter, with no warning. Please work on this asap, fifth third...this is why I didn't want my loan at your bank in the first place.

Randyscountry1I have been dealing with most every bank in the Middle Tennesse area for many years. This bank has the most ridiculous fees and unfriendly, unhelpful staff that I have ever run accross. They even charge a fee to cash a check drawn on their own bank. I will be moving my six figure IRA ASAP. And I will never bank with them again on any level!

Susie S.1IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD! In June I expressed my concerns about the ENORMOUS overdrafts I was incurring & declined the overdraft protection. That DID NOT MATTER AT ALL I am still getting TONS of Overdraft fees & now it's so bad financially for me I m going to have to close this checking account. B/c of all the overdraft fee for mostly tiny charges like 2.50, 0.99, etc...I can't pay my bills CAUSE IT'S A VICIOUS CYCLE. Once I went into the negative my bill money went towards these OUTRAGEOUS fees & now in order to pay my bills b/c I'm already & stay in the negative, I have to go deeper into the negative....VICIOUS CYCLE GETTING DEEPER FOLKS! My last bank NEVER once had to charge me an overdraft fee, THEY DECLINE STUFF IF THE MONEY WASN'T THERE! With 5/3 checking account not only do they continue allowing charge after charge to go thru an already negative account but THEY DON'T HAVE A FREAKING AMOUNT THEY STOP AT & START DECLINING! So I can go $500 to Who knows...into the negative. I CAN'T PAY MY BILLS THANKS TO THESE PPL. THIS WAS THE WORST CHOICE I HAVE EVER MADE WITH SELECTING A BANK. My Boyfriend also has an account with them & he will be closing HIS AS WELL...We're going back to the reliable bank account we had & washing our hands of 5th 3rd robbery! Thanks for the ADDED IMPOSSIBLE DEBT 5/3!!!!!

John Smith1If I could give this branch less than a one star I would. We have been 53 bank holders for more than 7 years, starting with Thompson branch. However, this is the closest branch to my office. I have never had a bank in my entire life that was as disrespectful or incompetent as this branch. I run almost 1.5 million dollars thru this bank a year to get hung up on, have my deposits incorrectly done, have the business bank manager speak to me condescending tone every single occasion. McKenna is an all out disaster in business customer service and combat ineffective. Never once has she asked me how her bank could help my business. Never once has she asked me for business from my other company, a 3M business. Never once has she thanked me for my business. But she has left notes on my account that have affected my ability to run the financial side of my business. I have to drive to a different branch to get my needs met. Adam is the ONLY office employee at this location that cares about the customer. Needless to say, I am wrapping up my business with this company and moving to a competent bank by the end of the year.

Tenn Mouth1The white haired bank manager must be related to someone because he is the dumbest human being I have ever spoke with, and the staff follows right behind. If you value your money go to REGIONS where the managers IQ is above 100.
