  Just closed on our refinance today through Jon Trussel w/ Synergy One Lending. We'd worked with Jon through another company and had such a good experience that we followed him to Synergy when it was time to refinance. Jon and his team had great follow-through and communication and our refinance sailed through ahead of schedule with no issues. Jon even took the extra step to share the names of some contractors he'd worked with on remodels that we might be interested in. If you've ever done a home remodel you know that finding trustworthy contractors is the hardest part so Jon taking the time to pass that on was so appreciated. Will definitely work with this team again in the future.

  As a first time home buyer my experience with Jon at Synergy One Lending was better then I could have ever imagined. Jon and his team are absolutely wonderful at what they do, and couldn't be nicer people. Buying a home is such a huge step in life and I was so worried about making any kind of a mistake along the way. Especially since I was not shopping in a traditional manor by using a realtor. Jon made the process so effortless and really went above and beyond to help me obtain my goals, as well as secure my families future. I couldn't be more grateful!

  Jon was working with us for 8 months and in that 8 months he never stopped helping us! We were able to find the perfect home and even closed early! Jon and his team, especially Garett, were super informative and always communicated with my husband & I. They've answered all of questions at odd hours of the day/week and supported us every step of the way.

  This is the second time I have used Jon Trussell at Guild. He is outstanding to work with and delivers as promised. Jon told me when the right time to refi was due to dropping rates. He has also helped me grow financially. I have referred several people to him also and they were all impressed by how upfront and honest he was. Jon is currently working with my mom since she was so impressed with how I was treated. I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone to him to have a new loan or refi done, Jon does what’s right for the customer not just what’s right for guild. He would be a asset to any team and your lucky to have him, I believe the local branch wouldn’t be where they are without Jon. Thanks for all you do Guile and especially Jon for what you do

  I had occasion to utilize the mortgage services of Guild mortgage right before the pandemic started. Needless to say it was chaos and any and everything that could slow things down did slow things down. However, Jon Trussell and his staff went above and beyond to facilitate our needs in order to accomplish completion of the loan. I was impressed by the perseverance and tenacity of John and of his relentless pursuit I’ve information to get us out of a hotel. There are many options for people to get a mortgage but if you want somebody that cares has empathy and is truly an extra miler then Mr. Trussell is your choice. Over the last year I have referred several people to his office and all of them were treated respectfully and have answers to the questions. Do you need a mortgage this is the man to see. End of story

  Will never use them ever again. I gave Sandi the benefit of the doubt the first time I used her. Even talked to the manager the first time was given her again. Over 2 months to refinance my house. No commission should be given. I’ve been given the run around. Told I have to go through different options and it is ridiculous. The whole point of refinancing was for a lower interest rate and help pay for wedding expenses. With it being continued to be drawn out at this point we won’t close before the wedding. Oh and can’t use anything that will affect our credit.

  This branch of Guild in Longview seemed thrilled to have me in their office. Jonathan met in person with me and easily filled out the application for me. I didn't have to search around on my own and it was quite efficient. It was so pleasant to be in a small town branch and just a walk across the hall from my Realtor too. Jonathan also sends me informative home value updates and he sent my closing papers again at end of the year to remind me to deduct closing costs on taxes. This was an extra courtesy! They even sent me a box of truffles after the closing. I will use them again! Brenda

  My husband and I went to Jon at Guild Mortgage in Longview when we decided to purchase our first home. He sat us down and explained the entire process to us, letting us know what to expect. Jon made the entire experience much easier than I thought it was supposed to be. He always had our best interests in mind and worked hard to ensure that we ended up in the best situation possible. He was there at any time to text, call or email with questions and concerns. I didn't realize just how much they do behind the scenes to make things happen and how many problems they take care of without you even knowing there is a problem.
