  First of all I had my car in for service due to a recall. I was told previously that there was no loaner vehicles and that due to the extent of time it would take to fix my vehicle I would need to get a ride from and to the dealership to drop off my car. And that if I wanted a shuttle it would cost me. Thats very inconvenient considering a loaner vehicle should have been available. So I got a ride to the dealership and was told they would call when it was complete. I never received a call I received a text message at 4:10 that my vehicle was ready I checked the sweeney website and it said the service department closed at 8. My ride did not get off until 5. I finally got to the dealership at 6:10 and they were closed for the day. I was livid because A. NO ONE EVER CALLED ONLY COMMUNICATION WAS THROUGH TEXT MESSAGE B. NOW I WONT HAVE MY CAR UNTIL TOMORROW AND WILL HAVE TO GET ANOTHER RIDE BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT SWEENEY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I've only had my new vehicle for 2 months and was very excited to work with Sweeney. But after this service experience I will consider doing my business elsewhere next time it was absolutely unacceptable the level of nonchalant unprofessionalism! And since sweeney decided to reply and no apologize for the terrible service here is where it says 8PM ONLINE!!

  Hello! Thank you so much for reaching out to us. I'm so sorry that this happened! Unfortunately we do not offer loaner vehicles at this time because of global inventory issues. Our shuttle is not currently active, but we do offer pick up and drop off service for a small fee. Is this perhaps what you were referencing as being charged for a shuttle? Would you mind letting us know which website lists our hours as 8:00PM? We've been closing at 6PM M-F for nearly 2 years now, and I just verified it's correct everywhere, including on Google.   My airbag light is still on this was my 3 rd visit for this so far it has cost me over $400! And it still isn’t fixed. I don’t want anymore Mickey mousing of this harness under the drivers seat since it has obviously not helped! I just hope my airbag doesn’t blow when I’m driving.

  Sweeney service is the best service dept. that I have ever used. Their service is very efficient and fast.The whole service team is very friendly helpful and Knowledgable. Every time I take my vehicle in , I am very pleased with their workmanship .They also have an excellent sales dept.as i have recently purchased a new chevy truck there and it was a very easy and enjoyable experience. This dealership is the best in sales and service.

  I bought a used 2006 Chevy Suburban LT and Love it. It had a couple of issues and my salesman Lance Kendra made sure they were taken care of. I searched many dealerships for a Suburban and Sweeney had the best deal by far. I also used their service department to have an issue which they paid for fixed and the service department was wonderful. I give them a big thumbs up!!!

  They took me in on time, did the recall check in a very timely matter and even gave me a free car wash. Was very happy with the service.

  Very good sales staff and detailed information and instruction on electronics in the car. Walked through all financial services. Very nice staff sales and financial staff. Detail shop did a fantastic job cleaning the car. Can't say enough about how good they were.

  Trevor did a great job. I was indecisive but he patiently worked with me to find what I wanted. Got a great deal, a fair trade-in and am confident that the service department will continue to do an excellent job. After all, that is how we chose Sweeney - because of their service department. I would definitely recommend Sweeney Chevy or GMC (my trade-in was a GMC). Ask for Trevor. He can match your needs on both sides of the street.

  Rick was so wonderful and helpful to work with! My dad and I had a great experience working with him and I am SO happy with my new Cruze Eco! This is my second lease with Sweeney and my parents have worked with them for years. We definitely keep coming back - great service and great people!

They have done an exceptional job of training the customer service reps as well as the service techs who work on your vehicle.
