J Z1Be cautious with these google reviews, the ones posted here are for Home Savings not Premier Bank. After Premier took over the whole idea over customer service and easy banking was over with this establishment. I was with Home Savings for over 10 years almost and loved everything about it from the Mobile banking to the AMAZING staff and management at the Boardman branch location. The ease of banking has been flushed away along with the Home feel environment in person banking. I do not feel the reviews posted here are fair to what the new bank really is and feel if zero stars was possible they would have it. Mobile banking is horrible , in person banking has become a headache and drive through is more a sit and wait through. Very sad to say im looking for a new bank as i write this review, Google needs to remove Home Savings reviews and let the people see what Premier Bank is TRUELY rated at.

john nardelli1I have had a loan here for years, I always go inside with my payment book and check written out to ma ke a payment, the teller asked for my I D, I asked why I’m just making a payment, I gave it to him anyway, he starred at for several minutes, I asked him what he was doing, never processed my payment, I asked for my stuff back, as I was leaving, the other tellers were rude to me

Steve Mort1Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! These morons needed me to fax, FAX (in 2016) my driver's licence to verify my identity. After 12 different faxes from 3 different fax machines, none of which they were able to process, I decided to cancel and stay with my current bank. There is not a snowball's chance in hell I will ever do business with Citibank. TRAINWRECK!!!!!
