  Paying 1,281.00 for a house that's not worth it the remodeling they did was such a poor I've been at my home almost a year and called them several time about braker catching on fire and they don't doing anything about cause I bought the house as. The house has mold and they just painted over it. Please take yall's business somewhere else where the actually help you and appreciate you. Now I just have a big house payment for a 1950 home but pay like for a new one.

  Was going to buy a home from them until I did the calculations. A $240,000 home ends up costing over 1 million dollars. Has anyone ever ended up owning their home with this company. Please do your calculations before buying with them. These numbers are outrages and unfortunate for those who think they are going to one day own.

  Would give them a 0 starts but wont let you lol. So some of my inlaws tried to get a property through this company told them one price and how much down the provided that and they kept telling them to bring a lil more or they would loose it to another family etc so they did and they bs with them told them if they wanted thier deposit back to let them know and they could do that for them! So they changed there mind after months of going back and forth and then had to wait a few monthsss to get it back.. dont waste your time with this company bunch of bs!

  We have been working with the professionals at The Preserve of Texas and even with the pandemic and other issues of the day, everyone has been helpful, responsive and understanding. Amanda is a real awesome person to deal with.

  Not happy with the employees attitude on the phone! They need to hire college-educated individuals! That pay them accordingly! Cuz with the type of property prices they have they should be able to afford it!

  I've been calling this place to get my deed to property that was paid off I've talked to several people and they said it was paid in full no dead to property now I've got to get a attorney to resolve problem s have all receipts and pay taxes but swe can't produce dead they say by being out of state they have to go through proper channels .. beware of swe Holmes.

  I would never send anyone to this place ....our house has never been livable for the 1680 I have to pay a month on a 122,000 loan ...only financing 115,000 ....we basically bought a shell and were scammed cause we never got a walk through the house ....we were rushed into sale cause of course there was several interested buyers ....the house was leaking from the roof there was no electrical or plumbing in the house all the sheetrock was torn out of the house we started of late payment to this place cause we had to put In over 15000 just to make one room livable that wasn't even dealing with the leaks in the house ....so if your late it's 200 late fee plus misc. Taxes the furnace was stolen along with all the copper in the house ...my kids were playing outside and trees were just falling I should have known then that the house was infested with termites the garage had to be dozered down and now my ceiling fell thank God my brand new grandbaby was not in the living room when it fell ....i hate this house if you late one week they are calling and threatening foreclosure I wish I could sue these people for taking from me and my kids like this

  We have hundreds of satisfied customers, many of which have paid off their loan and come back to purchase another property. We function as any other mortgage company would; we offer open 30 year loans with a fixed interest rate and no prepayment penalties. When we offer our inventory to the public, we emphasize that they do their due diligence before giving their down payment. The buyer has the option to perform an inspection on the property prior to purchasing at their own expense. Purchasing a home is a complicated process and our goal is to make it as easy as possible, but that does not deter the fact that everyone is advised to make sure they know what they are buying.

  These people don't care about people losing their jobs and want to kick my family out during this pandemic.. ive always paid my rent on time and am only late for the rent of May.. Maria the manager is very rude will barely even let you talk...
