  If you're looking for any real estate finance, reach out to Carrie Nash immediately! Carrie is hands down the best person you can talk to when it comes to financing a home. Her name was given to us by family members, and from the instant I introduced myself, I knew that we were in good hands. As a first time home buyer, I needed a lot of answers and asked a lot of questions -- silly or not. Carrie took the time to respond to my every question and make sure that I had the resources I needed to move forward. She even recommended a real estate agent to us, who turned out to be equally phenomenal! Not only does Carrie know her stuff, she gives the personal touch that you just don't find anymore -- she personally attended our closing to meet us face-to-face and to make sure that everything was as it should be as far as paperwork. I've never felt like I was in better hands, and I will be recommending Carrie and SWBC to anyone looking to finance their home!

  I am currently working with Carrie Nash and SWBC Mortgage as a first time home buyer. Carrie has been absolutely wonderful and helpful. She has answered every question of mine in terms in which I understand and with extreme promptness. Being that this process is new and overwhelming, Carrie has made this process go smoothly and made me feel more than comfortable. While working with Carrie, I felt as if she has been looking out for my interests, giving me her personal advice and explaining every breakdown of the process.   I was looking to refinance my properties and wanted to know if it would be beneficial at the time. I spoke with Carrie and after providing her with the necessary documents, she was able to explain to me that a refinance was not my best option at this time. I have had other mortgage brokers who would have done anything to get a "sell". Carrie was very honest and upfront about everything, and I truly felt she had my best interest in mind!

  I had a fantastic experience working with Amanda, and the folks at SWBC to buy my house in Boulder. Everything was easy at the closing, the most difficult part was getting a certified check. We were able to secure a rate lower than I could find anywhere else, and get the loan package I requested. I could go on, but the point is I would use SWBC again and again.
