  Swan Financial and Steve Phillips Helped Change Our Lives This review is written by homeowners! Steve Phillips reached out from Swan Financial Management after an inquiry online we submitted to learn more about how to purchase our home. Within two days, Steve had laid out the steps for us and given us a projected date that we would own our home and have a great loan with a low APR. Sounds aggressive and maybe a little too good? My husband and I both were both surprised at Steve’s time management, professionalism, care and concern. It’s not every day that you run into someone so dedicated to their job and dependable. Maybe it’s because he’s a veteran, but he just got the American Dream, and how important this was too us. We found it all with Steve.   When we started our business 12 years ago we sold our home bought an RV and traveled the country for nearly 7 years building our business.   I bought my first house through Preston at Swan. I was worried the process would be overwhelming and stressful. He approved me right away and I closed less than 30 days later. He also helped me find the best insurance policy that made my payment less than what I had been paying in rent. He was patient and detailed. He was always available for my questions. I love my new home!!!

  These folks are the "Rock Stars" of the financial world! They made my rather problematic Refi go very smoothly. They were lightning fast and on top of the entire process. They even beat out Navy Federal Credit Union...which has NEVER happened to me in over 25 years of being a NFCU member. Well done and thank you!

  I've worked with a number of lenders as I've been investing for some time now, but Savannah at Swan Financial is by far the best I've ever worked with. She communicates well, she's on top of everything, and she is very knowledgeable. I've worked with her for property acquisitions spanning across the country, and she has not let me down. In addition to being great at what she does, she has a wonderful, friendly personality and a positive attitude which always helps when dealing with what can be stressful situations.
