  I have refinanced with John twice and he is absolutely amazing. He is very patient and explains the whole process very clearly. He is also quick to respond and always keeps things moving along. There have even been times that we’ve talked and he has been honest with me about now not being a good time to refi based on rates etc vs just selling me when he has the option. I will never go any place else for any of my home loans
