  Ben Coulter and the team were great to work with on our new home purchase! We had talked to many different lenders before being introduced to Ben. He was able to help us structure our home purchase exactly how we wanted it. They also were way better interest rate than the other lenders. The entire team was great to work.   We have partnered with Aaron Daeges at Supreme Lending twice in the last three years. He helped us with our initial mortgage and then our refinance a few months ago.   I was referred to supreme lending from a friend and I couldn't have had a better experience! My wife and I are across the country and moving back to the mid-west. A friend of mine recommended that I work with Ben at Supreme lending. I had an initial phone consultation with Ben and he did a personal introduction to his Sr. Loan Officer Eric Rogness. I sent Eric the required doc's for pre-approval and away we went! Eric is extremely attentive and has excellent communication thru the process. He let me know what they could do and what they couldn't do (which was more managing my expectations on how much house we could afford). What really impressed me (being 1,500 miles away) was that he said this is the amount you qualify for and I feel fully confident that we'll have this approved with no issues whatsoever. This was 100% accurate. Eric did some research on some properties we were looking at and worked directly with my real estate agent. Eric emailed and called me with updates and today we closed on the house and all I did was upload my documents and Eric and team took care of the rest. My real estate agent, who has been in business for 15 years, said Eric and team are "best in class" for your mortgage needs and I couldn't agree more.
