  When I contacted Joshua I was embarrassed about my low credit score and didn’t think I could purchase a home. I am a Veteran and I was ignored by Veterans United and other companies (After they ran a hard credit check). Less than a year later I own the home of my dreams! I cannot say enough great things about Joshua and his team! Amazing businessman, professional and person!

  Without Josh and his team I would not have been able to get my family our home. I was not an easy client, but Josh always made me feel welcome. He called me frequently to check in and answer questions. His team was readily available and willing to help when I didn't understand something. We closed quickly and with a better rate than I thought we would get. You need Josh and his team! I won't use anyone else.

  Joshua was great he did an amazing job assisting with getting a home loan with troubled credit after a divorce and losing my first home. He was able to get qualified for another home loan and closed within two weeks record time.   I have never had a home buying/re-fi experience go so smoothly. There was never an emergency, stop what you are doing and respond to my email, request. They worked on my schedule and still made it happen faster and cheaper than I could have asked for. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

  Definitely worth trying them, you won't regret it (I sure didn't). I am glad I called and spoke to them. Other companies I tried, would have taken MUCH longer (even to get a call back). But, Joshua Nieves Team was amazing.
