  It's been a great experience Supreme Lending. I would say that they are fast with application process for home compared to the two previous lenders I applied with. I would recommend Patricia because she is patient, professional, and understands people regardless of their race. I previously thought lenders discriminate based on race or they don't like working with people accents. Patricia changed my notion about this believe and she incredibly understands my needs and explanations on their requests. She works under pressure and quick to response including weekends. Patricia made the impossible task possible in less than two months. I was able to close my home because Patricia and her team were competent!

  If you are in the Houston Area please ask for Ana, she is absolutely amazing. Throughout this process she was informative, professional, compassionate, and always had my best interest at heart. Anyone that I know who is buying a home or wants to I will refer them to her because I hope everyone has the same experience I did. She was am absolute pleasure to work with and I am so thankful for her and her team’s hard work.

  My mother was really excited about purchasing a small investment property. Ana R stayed in communication in the beginning but then just stopped calling. I had to place several calls on behalf of my mother because Ana would not call her back. She had a real strong accent & it was difficult for me to understand her. She then became annoyed & was very rude. She even hung up on me. I asked to speak to a manger and she said there was no one else because she was working at home. We received no help and ended up going somewhere else. I would never recommend Supreme Lending

  I would love to give a huge thank you to Chris McDonald and Nelsa Collins for helping me refinance my home! I was going into this anxiously as I assumed it was as big of a headache as it was buying my home (and I was just not ready for that). If it wasn't for Nelsa assuring me that Chris was amazing, I would never have taken my chances. But they made this process so painless and quicker than I could have ever imagined. Any question or worry I had was met with an an instant and reassuring answer and the fact that I was able to getting a lower interest rate and monthly savings was more than I estimated had me ecstatic. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 because they deserve 10's across the board!

Along with the processor and closer working diligently in what seemed to be a well-oiled machine at Supreme Lending. Thanks to all those behind the scene who did seamless work. We are greatly appreciated and it was very hassle free and an amazingly smooth process. Excellent and Well Done! Thank you again for such a professional, honest, and on time process.

  We just refinanced our home and Chris MacDonald and his team made the process so easy. It was super fast, great customer service and awesome communication. I highly recommend Chris as a loan officer as well as Supreme Lending if you are looking to purchase or refinance a home.

  I would not recommend using this company for your leading needs . My first experience in trying to get a home loan was horrible through this company . One of their senior loan officers pre approved me and had us go all the way through the process - find a home - it took a month and a half to find one -earnest money - $1700.00, inspection - 500$ and appraisal - 500$ . Then 4 days before our closing date he notified me that I was going to denied and that I lost my earnest money and all the other money that I put into this as well. . It has put my family and I in a very bad spot to lose all that time and money in this process I’m a father of four and we need every dime we can get , especially during these times with people working less because of COVID . My agent and the sellers agent even kept in close contact with my loan officer Calling him every week to make sure we where good to go .And he still didn’t give us any heads up until 4 days before closing .By then I had already packed up my home , transferred the utilities and notified the owners of the place I rent that I would be moving just to have the loan officer to notify me the week of closing that is not going to work out . Which I think is very unprofessional and shows that they have no concern for their clients and their situations. Please if you are looking to buy home don’t use this company they are absolutely unreliable, unprofessional and boarderlines on predatory lenders.Do your self a favor and pass on this company

  I Went To This Location To Meet Uo With Mike. He Was Professional And Very Informative. He Was On Top Of Things As Soon As I Walked Through The Door I Felt Relieved, From The First Time Home Buyers Jitters! He Took Me To His Office After Filing Out Easy Details, And Breif Discussions. Ran My Credit. Hooked Me Up With Sara Rodriguez Who By The Way Was Nothing Short Of Extraordinary. Then A Few Short Weeks Later I Now Own My First Home. The Process Was Handled Completely Through Them. They Alone Made My Life So Easy. I Highly Recommend This Company To Anyone Who Is Trying To Purchase A Home. My Wife And I Are 100% Happy With The Outcome Of The Interaction We Had With This Company. I Was Informed A Few Weeks Ahead Of Time What Was Needed And There Were No Suprises, Everything Went Perfect. Thank You Mike For All Your Hard Work Sir. Its Greatly Appreciated!!!
