  Chadd was a true advocate and guiding light throughout our entire home buying process.   Chadd was phenomenal from top to bottom, he is truly a professional! He covered all the bases, went above and beyond exceeding all expectations.Moving to a new state, I was unfamiliar with the process & he simplified it & allowed me to be comfortable. I also have not had the pleasure of closing on something this fast , EVER, & I owe most of the credit to the lender. I can't say enough about Chadd, you truly are not working in your best interest if you don't consult with him first when obtaining a mortgage.

  If i could give Chadd more stars i would! He was the absolute best mortgage broker i could have asked for. He went above and beyond to help me through the process. He was a available to answer any questions i had and connected me with a title company and atorney that made the process fast and easy. I would recommend him to friends and family and if i ever need another mortgage or to refinance I would call him up on speed dial! I can see why he is listed as a superstar, he most certainly lived up to that title. Can not thank him enough for helping me close on my dream home!
