Michael Lang1We had a receipt to show the items we were selling had a price of $275 each which was a drill set they told us they would give us $100 for each drill and had my girl sign the paper then turned around and said that they would pass on doing the transaction saying that they were being cautious because supposedly people were selling stolen items and the time on our receipt which showed today’s date didn’t seem right and just decided to make an excuse as if it wasn’t a legitimate transaction. This store location I wouldn’t recommend because they decided to discriminate for no reason and it’s not right

Michael Tuason5Yeah so Tony the Boss is pretty much THE ONLY one at this location who is sincere and really cares about each customer. He is absolutely dedicated to his customers and gets 5 stars for Customer Service & Satisfaction. Every other Employee literally gets negative 10 stars! Seriously if you hate your jobs that much... QUIT ALREADY!! 😑 Probably someone out there who needs a job and actually treat customers with respect. Thanks Tony! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Phi Nichole1I went to get my property out and the lady tessie was really rude and had poor customer service. Not only did she throw my id, she had the audacity to get snappy with me and try to refuse me service after taking my money and not giving me my property. The assistant manager Johnathan was no help and was even more rude than his associate and he was very irate. He threatened to kick me out and he didnt even know the situation. Bottom line their customer service sucks. Definently not going back. Plus side the other assistant Mercedes was very helpful and her customer service was excellent and very professional.

Tyler Reese3Friendly and fast staff but the shoppers on there will stand at counter for as long as possible with a book of items to extend on. Only usually have 2 people working so the line tends to move a little slow

Dee Mejia1As I walked in I saw a scanner/copier that I was I retested in. Representative Marco was friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the manager that was there stemmed nice but was very unprofessional. He pulled the rep Marcos and sent him to the door to assist walk in customers and send another rep that was roof and did not know the difference from a scanner to a fax machine. He didn’t even know where the paper went in. So I told him I wanted the other guy to keep helping me since he seemed more knowlable with technology. After we were done I asked him to show me some rings that i ended up purchasing. Again, the manager rigidly yelled at him to go and stand I. The door and pulled him away from helping me. The other 2 representatives were arguing in front of customer about stealing the others commission. Very unprofessional!!! Manager needs to learn manners so his staff can also take after him and have manners themselfs. The repartís then apologize and said it was his second week there that he was new. That’s when I understood what was going on. The manager pulled him to the door so his other crew could sell and get the commission instead of letting the new guy learn and provide the nice and courteous customer service that he was giving me from the beginning.
