  It’s been 8 months already I haven’t Got my stuff the manager RENE give my stuff to someone else I went and pay my renewal she didn’t tell me anything then I found the they didn’t have my stuff she tell me she’s going to fix it then she tell me the mark is going to call me and fix it we didn’t get to nothing because they wanted to block me from doing Business with them and Rene was going to stay there because they say I was the one with the fault then they say the lawyer were going to call me and guest what NOBODY has call I’ll I want is my stuff now I call to the stores to the corporation and nobody wants to to talk and nobody knows nothing there hiding from me I WANT MY GOLD BACK RENE was really RUDE

  Im a business owner and these social rejects turned me down for any a loan in any amount just because i brought 3 laptopa. They'll do business with drug dealers and theives who bring your stolen gear in but god forbid an honest mab needs a little extra money. The employees were rude and disrepectful and I will never do business with them again. The absolut dumbest group of snobby no nothings ive ever dealt with! Snobby like they know it all but in reality are about as clueless as they come.l

  Not too long ago I had posted a rough comment on here damning this pawn shop. I have to tell you all though that this is still one of the best pawn shops to go to. I'm happy to say that I did return not too long ago and started up doing great busniess with them again! Thanks to Brandy and Jose for being cool and understanding when a customer gets a little disgruntled. Check them out or some of the lowest prices on gold and electronics!!!!

  They charge illegally high interest rates & blame you for their faulty tvs. Horrible place, save your items and go up to Glendale where you'll be treated like normal people and not scum. This business needs to be closed immediately, will be reporting to the state.

  Came in here trying to buy a PlayStation 4 The lady was going to sell me a console 1 TB with burn damage on the top for 160 I offered 160 for a 500 gig version and she turned it down it’s fine there’s a reason right now at 4 o’clock in the afternoon no one is in your store. Good luck with your endeavors

  Me and my husband are regular customers here and the staff is why. We appreciate their help and they have never been dishonest about prices. If you are going use services like this, I would say these guys are some of the best.

  Jose was very helpful. Bought an Xbox that broken but took it back and they swapped it out for us.

  Worst pawnshop! Service is horrible and people with awful attitudes. Called 3 times to ask about an item I had pawned and left me on hold for all those times and in one of those I had to wait for 30minutes and once someone picked up the phone they hanged up right away so I was never attended. Never again pawning here its extremely difficult to get in touch with someone there.

  This Place is a trip off!! Tax you on anything and everything. $40 loan will cost you double and some to get said item back. NEVER AGIAN will I do business with super pawn.
