  It's already bad enough you can't get what you need as far as the loan amount, but to have to pay an additional $16.50 for 1 day when the pawn shop is closed on your due date is beyond me. In the future being proactive with educating your customers about such occurrences will create a better experience for the consumer. Had I known I definitely would've come a day earlier to avoid giving you guys more of my hard earned money. Thanks, but no thanks

  Great service, fast service. I shopped around at the different shops and got the best deal here. The transaction was fast and straightforward.they gave me what time asked for. I will definitely come pawn here again.

  Not impressed with the money they offer for products brought in, but I understand that they’re a business and have to profit as well. Staff are quiet but polite. Selection is almost non existent, there’s really not a whole lot there, there wasn’t a single other customer either, kind of depressing but it could just be because of the times we live in😂. The only notable thing there were their guns, pretty decent selection of handguns for an otherwise barren pawnshop, prices on them were atrocious though(800 dollars for a glock19x) come on now that’s ridiculous. And very limited rifle selection. Honestly I’d pass on this pawn shop and hit a local one.

  It seems like this shop has had a rough past, but is slowly getting its stuff together with better, and dedicated staff. I started going here about 6 months ago, they have always been friendly, but after you build a relationship with them by going there a few times, they really are serious about keeping their good customers. They've worked with me when my family was in a tight spot when I knew no other shop would. I'll keep choosing them over other places just because of the trust they've built with me.

  Regardless of the reviews on here, I believe they deserve 5 stars for their honesty and customer service I received today. I want to thank STEVE and JUAN personally because they were able to help me beyond my expectations. I went to sell a piece of jewelry I really was not expecting much of it because of the other stores I had gone before this one they always wanted to offer me really less. I went in asking for a decent amount according to me but to my surprise, they offer me way more than other stores. They helped my family and I, in the middle of an emergency. Like they said "We like to make friends, not enemies" Consider me a friend! THANK YOU! :)

  These pawn shops has become very dishonest in its dealings to the general public at large.What they offer to the customers in terms of value for their gold jewelry per gram as against what’s its worth per gram ,and the going market price per gram is extremely small. The new management also has such high levels of arrogance and appears to be racist in their dealings with African Americans customers.

  I have been going here for a while now. Always very friendly and helpful staff. They have been a great help when I have been in need. I also purchased a very high end purse from them at a fantastic price and excellent quality.

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEWELLERY HERE! I brought a chain and a bracelet in to be be appraised. Bad idea! They offered me around $2500 for a set that was $4000 if it were sold as scrap gold, which It was not and retails at $9000! Then when testing it they filed a HUGE chunk out of both the chain and the bracelet. They claimed they were going to test it in an unnoticeable area and ended up cutting the chunk out right on the side of both items. Then had the audacity to tell me they told me that they were going to damage them! Who in their right mind would agree to let them damage $9000 worth of jewelry? Not ME! If you value your belongings, stay far far away from this place!!!

  This is the kind of place that gives the Pawn industry a bad name. I brought a good business-class laser printer (with new toner & drum). First, the power cord literally CAUGHT FIRE after they plugged it into an outlet that was overloaded with splitters & several other cords (no surge protector -- probably not grounded, either, I'd wager). I couldn't believe it. They then tried to tell me I was using an "out of spec" cord (not true, the cord is rated for 300V) and told me it had been safety recalled after performing a fake internet search (I was unable to find any such recall). He then located another compatible power cord and plugged it into a different outlet, and thankfully the printer still worked. But he then told me he'd only give me $15 for it because, he lied, Office Max was selling this printer new for $75. I was unable to find any evidence for his made-up pricing info after leaving the store. (The printer sells on eBay, used, for twice that. Office Depot's price? Over $300.) They're either really dishonest, really inept, or both.
