  Nicolas Caliendo walked me through this process step by step and I can't thank him enough. I was super nervous and stressed out as a first time home buyer, but once I spoke with Nick he simplified everything for me and made me feel comfortable. The rates were great and I I couldn't be happier with the approval time! Nick is always a pleasure to talk to and just a genuinely great guy. He has also worked with some of my family and close friends and all of them had the same experience as myself.   Working with Lacey and the entire team was a pleasure and a very easy process. They were always there to answer my questions. There was never an attitude or feeling that my question was stupid.   Several months ago I reached out to a few banks in hopes of selling my home and purchasing a condo and everyone, including those I’ve done business with, told me that I would have to basically wait over a month or so just to get a preapproval because they were busy.   Lindsay was a dream to work with. She was so over the top accommodating, taking my call every time and even sending me a text every so often to see how I was doing and how the process was going. She answered all of mine and my husbands questions at our level and always explained things to us so that we could understand them (not being in the business, we didn't have much knowledge) I would HIGHLY recommend Lindsay to anyone that asks!
