  In my 18+ plus years, I have never met a company that has so much compassion for their job! My clients short sale took well over one year, and through no fault of LMS. LMS dealt with two DIFFICULT lenders, a horrible buyer, and more red tape than one could chew threw! Jaime and her team finally brought it to a close.   Sean Fahey was extremely professional and helpful. I was a little nervous because I never been in a foreclosure before and didn't know how to get out of it.   just discovered never even submitted the file to short sale, utterly disgusted. OH and told there were issues in the company I would not even take a new file from you we are purely in house now. Run, if they call, run.
