  Cut me a loan on my laptop. Nice people, good service. Would have been 5 stars, but they loaned less than others like Mel’s, on the same laptop. They are honest, returned my item in the same condition I left it in, never appeared less than friendly. They are worth visiting and I would do business with them again.

  I had a great experience. I could have gotten more than I asked for. Because I just needed what i asked for the gentleman behind the counter gave me a piece of my jewelry back.

  I have been dealing with them for many years and they are always there when i need to pawn anything..The people are friendly and always willing to help....They are the only pawn shop i trust with my items...I would recommend them to anyone..who wants to be treated fair ..I will keep continue to go there for many more years...Good People 😊😊

  I've been all around Richmond and they are definitely the best around. Got great deals on a chess set and all the Star Wars movies on DVD! Excellent prices, excellent service, excellence feedback on trades!

  Customer service is top notch - from the way you are greeted when you enter, to the helpfulness in knowledge of the items they offer, along with what I found to be the better pricing in Richmond. Best jewelry and technology selections I have seen so far.

  I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy... They are cheap skates seriously... Only offer $20 to pawn or sell... U get less it pawnin for its a loan but last time i checked when sellin to pawn shop they give u back more than if u were only pawnin... Im talkin about brand new items month to 2 months old if that... Stuff was in excellent condition... Took stuff to Jefferson pawn an got $75 just to pawn same item an if was sellin to them they would of gave me $125... So ya take ur stuff else were for they dont offer u shyt... Probably why they store look the way it do...

  Hi Anne-Alicia, I’m sorry you feel the way you do. I’m not sure which items you’re referring to because you didn’t mention them in your review. Pawn value it’s typically less than buy value. That is because when we purchase something we can resell it quicker, when we pawn an item it can lose value while on hold. Often we try to give people the same amount for pawns or buys to try helping them out.   This is the best pawn shop so far I have ever been to they are very reasonable an will help u the best way they can if that can help you with whatever they will point u in the right direction an if you do would go there ask for Shan very respectable man

  They have no way of testing sumthn like she pawn shops i ben to . A freakn battery , one battery come on boys . If u were an uber driver and your passenger was thirsty and u had a water your ratings wud go up. Same here . I really needed this loan . If they really cared about their customers they wuda helpd . Ill go elsewhere!!!! Thanx for nothing. And by the way the uh were only gana give me $20 for a $500 metal detector!!! Thanx

  Sorry you feel that way, we offered you $20 for a metal detector that was selling for $120 when it came out new in 1997 (http://metaldetectorreviews.net/detectors/54-1-ace100.html). Currently they are selling around $50 used on average (https://www.ebth.com/items/3516743-garrett-treasure-ace-100-metal-detector). It's not "one battery", it required three 9V batteries, unfortunately we did not have those batteries in shop, we just have AA and AAA batteries in shop. We told you that without being able to test it, we would not be able to take it (because we test every item we receive). You have the option to bring batteries in order to test it.
