  I've been banking with the Bellwood Credit Union for 30 years and have always been impressed with how easy they are to deal with. Debbie Tait is the person I most recently dealt with and the experience was awesome. She made taking a loan easy and painless for me.

  I have banked with BFCU for over 20 years. I always receive excellent service. Most recently, they assisted with the purchase of a new vehicle. Ms. Deborah Tait processed my application quickly and provided exceptional service when it was time to close on the loan. Afterwards, she set up the auto payment option. Extremely friendly and easy to work with as always.

  Disappointing experience with a home equity loan. They had great rates, but the process was not smooth. We were told multiple times during the application process that there were no closing costs associated with our loan, but at the end of the day we had to pay out of pocket for our appraisal as well as pay closing costs. Closing on the loan was delayed and inconvenient, communication throughout the whole process was inconsistent, and the whole transaction felt shady. When I inquired after the fact why we were charged closing costs when we’re were specifically told we wouldn’t, we were brushed off and accused of not understanding the loan process. There are plenty of great credit unions in the area, but I would not recommend Bellwood. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

  I have been a Member for 30 Plus years and I have always had great service from Debra Tate. Ee have done numerous loans and other business as well as Notary work. She is always Pleasant and has a smile on her face. The staff is very caring and very hepful.

  Excellent customer service. The representatives are always very polite and helpful. Marcia is in the drive thru often when I go and she is great at assisting me with my questions and transactions. She is so personable and always has an encouraging word.

  I joined Bellwood in the early '80s and I use the drive through quite often Marsha's great in the drive through, very personable, and I'd like to say thank you to Deborah Tait for helping me and being a great loan officer over the years!
