  I have been visiting CFCU for over a year now with my fiance. I have always felt the customer service to be superior to any other bank I have entered so I decided to open an account with them. I felt like a customer before I opened the account and now I am a customer. They really give you the personal touch at CFCU. I would highly recommend them to any one; any status.

  Never had a problem with CFCU. They have repeatedly assisted with car loans, mortgages, deposits, anything banking related. It's been a pleasure having them at my disposal for so many years.

  They froze my checking account simply because I tried to buy a backpack online. They think its fraud if you buy from anywhere rarer than Amazon. I need this backpack, the one I have now is hurting my shoulder. All the phone calls and flaming hoops I gotta jump through for weeks just to buy a freaking backpack. Also, if the chip on your card doesn't work, or if you acciedentally type the wrong pin number, they freeze your checking account. That's wonderful when you've got a cart full of groceries. I don't have time to drop everything and make phone calls. I'm forced to close my account at call fed and get a new bank. A bank that won't let you buy online is totally worthless.

  The worst customer service! The branch manager needs to be fired. She just as lazy as her clerks!!! And polices?? Oh they will tell you about a policy but won’t show you the policy… because it’s against the policy for them to show you the policy…

  Call Federal has been my credit union for 30 years. The people there really make it a great experience. They are professional, friendly and always ready to answer any questions you have.

  I have been with CFCU almost 50 years( in 2021). they are very helpful and courteous. My daughter is also a member. Even though I have relocated to Texas, they are still there for me. Thank You to everyone at CFCU!

  Always friendly and easy to work with. They make everything a breeze and you can always get someone on the phone if you need help with something. Competitive car loan rates too!

  I have been a customer for 45 years and have never been dissatisfied. Customer service is tops, at this location and Hull Street. I haven't dealt with a traditional bank in years and probably won't ever again. Go CFCU!!

  This is usually a good Credit Union, I had a bad experience with one of the tellers but, the branch manager took care of the problem ASAP.

  I am a lifelong member of Call Federal credit union. I have recommended participation often to friends and family. They have a knowledgeable staff. They give back to the community often.
