  At a signing ceremony on 12/09/17, Ramon Vasquez, our Notary Public provided by Superior Notary Services, was excellent - prompt, flexible, professional and patient. All in all my office (and the client and witnesses, too) had a great experience with Mr. Vasquez and Superior. Booking the engagement was easy - it was accomplished in minutes, via telephone and/or online, and the account representative Haley, was very responsive to anything we needed. Mr. Vasquez and Superior were extremely flexible in the scheduling (and possible re-scheduling, due to inclement NY-NJ winter weather) and Mr. Vasquez's completion of the Notary Public acknowledgements and the Notarial Record (for his files) was first rate - complete, accurate, easy to read. He worked very well with seniors (as well as the younger witnesses and family members who attended the signing) and simply put, I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Vasquez and Superior for high-caliber, and affordable notary services. I look forward to using Superior (and Mr. Vasquez) for my office's notary requirements in the future.

  Amazing business - there when you need it. Everything went very well. We were updated regularly throughout the process. Given appointment time; notified when en-route; when arrived; signing in progress, and completion. They also followed up after completion to ensure everything was satisfactory. They were able to accommodate us rapidly (same day service) - time was very pressing in our situation. I made arrangements online from Florida, needed the notary in Indiana - it was all taken care of so easily! I would highly recommend this business in a heartbeat!

  I had a client that lived out in the "sticks" and I was having a rough time getting someone to go out there from another well know mobile notary service.   I required the service of a notary as my mom is doing at home hospice. The notary was so kind and honest it made a very painful and uncomfortable situation go very smoothly. I will be forever grateful for this. My mom wasn't even thinking about her current situation this made it so much more relaxed. Thinking about your final moments isn't fun for anyone and can be very stressful but it wasn't so Thanks.

  My husband and I used a notary from Superior Notary Services to close on our first home. We were very nervous and overwhelmed about the process as this was our first time purchasing a home AND using a mobile notary service. The notary that came to meet us was more than we could have hoped for! She explained the documents in a way we could understand and was very organized. All the signature pages were flagged and neatly stacked. She made us feel at ease and that was sooooo appreciated after the stress we were feeling. The documents made it back to the lender in a timely manner and we were able to close! We are so grateful for the notary who helped us and for Superior Notary Services for sending out such a professional. Five Stars!! Keep up the good work!

  I highly recommend Superior Notary Services. Our family needed some documents notarized on fairly short notice. As I was browsing their website, one of their employees opened up a live chat with me and guided me through the process of getting an estimate and scheduling the appointment.   I called these guys in the afternoon and had all my documents notarized and back to me by 7:30PM that night. They also took the time to overnight the originals to me as quick as they could. I would recommend them to anyone out there needing a traveling notary in a hurry! Great group to work with. All were professional and courteous and took great care of my customer. USE SUPERIOR!!!
