  Rick was referred to me by a friend that a trust completely as the man to go to for my mortgage. And he went above and beyond my expectations. I had a very limited knowledge of mortgage options and understanding what would work best for me. Rick explained everything in great detail for me in a way that I could understand. He gave his professional opinion on what he thought was my best option but in no way did I ever feel pressured or persuaded to make that decision.   Erick first took care of the financing on my daughters newly purchased home. When I needed someone to take care of the financial work an a rental home we were purchasing I asked my daughter if she had any problems with Erick. She promptly replied that I should go with Erick because he was very helpful with her. I did as she suggested and have been very happy ever since. He helped in ways I didn't think I would need help, adjusting our income to debt ratio etc.. to make my self eligible for that purchase. Later he helped my wife and I refinance that rental home and to purchase another rental. He currently has given us a preapproval for what we hope will be a lake house for family and friends to enjoy. I have come to consider him as friend.
