  Absolutely love these people! My family and I have been with Superior for years all of the people that work there are well versed in all areas but, send you to the right person from the start. They are all polite, happy and upbeat while getting it done in a timely fashion.

  I've always loved Superior Credit Union for its friendly staff and convenient locations but now I love it even more with their new ATM machines. My work schedule means that some days I go into work before the Credit Union is open and my shift ends after it has closed. The new ATM allows me to withdraw money safely, easily, and (this is my favorite part) choose the denomination of the money I withdraw. The days of $20's only are over. If I need some smaller bills to tip the delivery person or use in the vending machine at work Superior Credit Union now gives me that option 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

  Superior got me approved on a refinance that saved me over half the interest rate on a existing loan I had. Could not have been any easier to deal with and there saving me a ton of money. Couldn’t ask for better people to work with

  We inadvertently issued a check that would have caused us to incur bank fees as well as embarrassment to our provider. We contacted Cheyenne at the Shawnee office and she was amazing in helping us resolve the problem with super quick and efficient service, being understanding of our predicament, and treating us with courteous and kind service during all of our communications. Kudos to both she and Jill Robinson at that office for a job well done! Thank you!
