  By far the slowest drive through services lanes of any bank I use. Not just once, but EVERY time. I have also waited 20 minutes in line behind only two cars only to get to the line at 5 o’clock to not have them help me or even answer the call button.

  Started working there and was immediately put at risk for covid-19 and was asked not to tell my coworkers. My initial manager mentioned that I was a good hire because I'm a black female and there weren't many others who were bankers, so the company had high expectations. After completing virtual training, they sent me out if town 2 more times around people I was not familiar with. I voiced my fears about being exposed to the virus several times but it fell on deaf ears. I was denied my 3 month pay raise and then told to sell more - ALL while my coworkers had no idea what I was experiencing medically and not knowing that they were at risk as well. At one point I had to speak with someone after becoming sick and she treated me like garbage. I won't bank with them again and I won't recommend them.

  This bank has never been one that I have been particularly fond of. Every time I go, I have a problem. They are always making a mistake when it comes to my transactions and then it takes forever to fix the issue. I also have never waited less than 15 minutes in the drive thru. A 5 minute transaction today has turned into 30 minutes. Seriously?? This is why we are switching banks. The people are very friendly but efficiency is clearly not their strongest quality. Also, they don't pay attention. Sorry but totally unsatisfied and beyond frustrated.

  Every single time I come here I dread it. The drive thru is the slowest drive thru I have ever been to! It's been like this for months now.

  I actually had a birthday while waiting in line at the drive thru...lol!

  SO SLOW. Every time I go to this location, I wish I would have taken the time to drive across town. It should never take as long as it does here to make a drive through deposit for a business. Can not wait to switch banks because of this.
