      I had to call superior because I had sticker shock when I got my new mortgage coupons for this year and my payment went up $45!!! Holly at superior was exceptional and went above and beyond in helping me figure some things out. When I had other questions she walked me through every step so that I could set up my phone app and make payments through the app as well. I told her she was extremely helpful and that all people should be like her in being so helpful....we should duplicate her....lol. Thanks Holly from superior on Elida rd!;)
