  Didn't get his name but thinks he new tall with black hair stands over by the guns and tvs. He's the most nasty person in there. He will get angry and emotional while dealing with you and this suppose to be a place of business. But it felt more personal then anything. Because when I asked for my item back he throw it at me and I'm a long time customer didn't understand why he had to do me like that. But please if you a woman don't come alone bring someone or don't come at at all. Because I don't want no other woman to go through this.

  Sold some old broken necklaces today and met the most interesting person in the process! I'm looking forward to going back Monday and see a ring that should be back from resizing!! I know the conversation will be worth the trip! Thanks for making my 1st visit to a Montgomery pawn shop top notch!

  I recently purchased an xbox one s from this pawn shop. This is my first time purchasing electronics from a pawn shop and they make sure I had a great experience. The Xbox works the way it should. I would definitely shop here again.

  I was there when the lady with the microwave came, shes lying the are NOT RACIST RACIST RACIST... THE MICROWAVE WAS DIRTY...wash it and try again.. These guys deserve 5 stars for their service and dealing with lies because of someone else's ignorance

  First management was rude NOBODY asked did I needed help, and when I asked a associate for help he tried to rush me into buying a gun without even handling it, I will not recommend ANYONE here

  They told us where to go to get help with what we have to pawn somewhere else in my book they still are great as a business because they preferred us to a place that would help us

  I was not greeting when i walked in, i had to speak to somebody to get attention he skipped me & went to another person behind me & management was rude i will not be coming back anymore.
